Americans like it in the ***

No it’s not the name of a random porn movie, but simply the title I came up with when browsing through the questions Americans sent our president for the 2012 Ask Obama campaign on Youtube.
Similarly to last years program, users were to submit questions to the president and he would respond to the ones having the most upvotes.
Not only did 80% of the questions concern SOPA, and none concerned the economic aspect just the regular demagogy anti-American joke, a few questions stood out by the utterly stunning stupidity.
While our country is facing issues like growing ethnomasochism, massive public debt, huge trade deficit, and a dumb monetary policy that consists of printing tons of dollars daily to make up for the loses of our trade deficit, Americans are concerned about gay rights, the views god and the well being of the Iranian people.

Here are a few questions that are particularly brainless :

What legislation/actions do you intend to promote during your second term to either reduce or mitigate the impact of the contribution to global warming caused by the United States?

First question from an environmental hippie. If this guy had any scientific knowledge at all, he would know the United States aren’t causing any significant impact on global warming simply because global warming mostly isn’t caused by man activity. And even if it was, it’s absolutely not a priority when we are facing trade deficit and public debt.

Mr. President, For nearly 50 years we have had a stable financial economy under the Glass-Steagall Act. Will you make a goal to reinstate Glass-Steagall and protect working class Americans with adequate banking reform?

You heard the hippie, we need more regulations.

For how long you are gong to keep God out of your policies by promoting abortions, gay marriages etc? You will never be successful Mr. President. Without God you cannot achieve victory. Please remember this thoroughly.

When confronted with unemployment and debt, the American people are only concerned with… religion. Well good for them.
This dude is perfectly armed for facing the two decades of recession that lie ahead of us.
Unemployed, maybe, but all in the faith of God.

I am a US Marine stationed overseas. I wanted to know how you can justify to us the following. Members of the 3 government branches make 50 to 100 times what I make on a yearly basis. How can you justify this without insulting me or my fellow Marines

Maybe if you started using American weapons… I’m just saying.

der presiden what ar u gon to doe to stop the war on teror??

Maybe he should start the war on illiteracy.

I am 60. I have diabetes, ulcers, high blood pressure. I work full time for a small company and have no health insurance. I cannot get health insurance at a rate I can afford. Why have people like me been left out when it comes to health insurance?

Maybe we should print more money to weaken the dollar even more, so we can expend the already failing concept of collectivist health insurance.

When will we put an end to corporate personhood?

It seems like the socialists will try and blame everything and everyone in order to evade reality.
Bad economy ? Don’t want to accept the reality of economic war because it confronts your fictive hippie values of ethnomasochism ? Blame the corporations.
Blame the corporations. The new scapegoat for all your problems.
After the government, liberalism, the conservatives, the markets, Wall Street, Fox News, Michael Jackson, the 1%… we now offer you the corporations ! They are American, so you can go ahead and blame them nobody will label you as “racist”.
Notice : blaming any other cause than the ones pre-approved by Anti-American, Inc. will make you a “fascist”.

Please don’t pass SOPA and PIPA All “Americans” as well as “World” need an uncensored internet. That’s my request to you.

The “World” ? Why would Barack Obama, president of the United States of America (or what is left of them), even consider listening someone that advocates the interests of the “World” above the ones of this nation ?
Barack Obama is supposed to DEFEND the interests of our nation AGAINST the ones of the world. Like every other president in the “World”. I sincerely hope the person that wrote the question is not American.

Why aren’t the Banksters being prosecuted?

Hon’ble Prez, y r u still supporting Pakistan when u’re aware of their offscreen activity which is affecting India directly and other Asian countries indirectly? If this continues, in the nxt 50 yrs u’ll find only the Islamic flags across Americas.

Why don’t you ask the Indian government ? This is America.

Is it possible for the President of the U.S. to give a couple of green cards to European visitors who already tried to improve the mutual understanding between America and Europe?

Maybe stfu ?

The phrase “Too big to fail” has become synonymous with the 2007-08 financial crisis. If anything, banks and financial institutions have become even larger since then. When will the banking system actually be held accountable?

When it’s proven responsible of anything having to do with the 2007-08 financial crisis. For now, it’s not the case.

Exactly, Why can’t we close Guatanamo prison???

Anti-American propaganda once again. 20% of Americans unemployed, trillions in public debt, massive trade-deficit and the hippies still worrying about foreigners in Guantanamo.

When can we expect to begin seeing prosecution of Wall Street insiders responsible for the massive fraud that led to the collapse of our economy? There seems to be lots of evidence, but no charges or arrests.

“There seems to be lots of evidence”… on NBC.

Mr. President what do you think about Georgia and Russia conflict ?

I sincerely hope you are referring to the state of Georgia.

Mr. President, All your efforts to make America prosperous will be futile if your country for which the first foundation was laid by God fearing ancestors and then built on Biblical principles continue to dishonour and disregard God your Creator.

” All your efforts to make America prosperous”… that’s the point, there aren’t any.

Mr President: Will you support Gay marriages in the future? Gays and Lesbians should be able to receive the same status and benefits as other Americans.

Currently, the same status and benefits are unemployment and public debt. If you want them you can have as much as you want.

And a few good questions, buried under tons of crap as usual.

Are you prepared to cut spending in a meaningful way to ensure that the younger people of this country are not left paying for the mistakes of previous generations?

How would you create new jobs, if there is hardly no industry production, inside US borders. Today, around 90% of all products used by Americans, are made outside of the USA. Almost everything we buy and use today is not produced here.

10 easy steps to ruin our country

Incompetent ethnomasochist president after incompetent ethnomasochist president, it seems like the White House is desperately trying to ruin our country, the United States of America.
For the past 40 years, we have suffered a socialist and ethnomasochist governmental policy, aiming to help as much as possible our foreign enemies and destroy our sovereignty. And we are only now seeing the tip of the iceberg as to the consequences of such a system.

The American people are desperately looking for the providential man than could make the anti-American system work. But by definition, no anti-American system can work for the Americans.
No Americans won’t find their salute in socialism (Obama), ethnomasochism (Ron Paul) or any other fantasy than isn’t ethnocentric and patriotic !

But since most Americans are apparently so thrilled at the idea of hating themselves and their nation, here are the ten main steps that led to our failure, and will lead to our collapse if we continue down the road of ethnomasochism.
I will obviously forget or omit some, so feel free to comment and add your ideas.

Top 10 ways to ruin our country

1. Accumulate debt
If there is one sure and effective way to ruin a country, it sure is by creating tons of debts in public spending. Much worst when the debt is held by the foreigners, and enemies of the USA. Not only are we financing our enemies with our huge trade deficit, but now we are also finance them directly by borrowing from them.
Even the USSR knew better than to create debt, this proves that our current administration went even further down the road of socialism than the most renown socialists in history.

2. Intentionally misuse the language
If you want to effectively brainwash the Americans into more socialism and more ethnomasochism, you can rely on the heavy propaganda campaigns continously instigated by the anti-American media.
But to REALLY turn them stupid and achieve MASSIVE disinformation, you’ll have to cleverly misuse the language in an obscurantist way.
You can easily notice than in the anti-American media, there are secret stenographic codes of communication used in order to promote ignorance amongst the masses.
Some words are replaced by others, having a completely different meaning, following a very simple pattern :

  • “liberalism” is the word for socialism
  • “fascism”, “racism” and “redneck” are the words for ethnocentrism and patriotism
  • “globalism” is the word for anti-Americanism
  • “tolerance” is the word for ethnomasochism

There are many more examples, but the point is after several generations of anti-American brainwashing our politicians and even our citizens start to believe themselves to the enormous anti-American nonsense they utter.

3. Stigmatize nationalism/patriotism
If you’re trying to screw your country while pretending to help it, there is only so much you can do until the citizens revolt.
But know if you convince the masses that it is done for the “greater good”, the possibilities are limitless.

Only in America are the patriots stigmatized (rednecks, right-wing connotations, etc…), while the globalist hippies are adulated.
There is no such thing as national preference in the USA, moreover, the “anti-racism” activism, which is actually yet another variation of anti-Americanism, has such a stronghold on our media that any patriotism is immediately associated with fascism, racism, monkey-rapping and world war five.

4. Destroy our sovereignty and our culture
Anti-American medias has literally rendered Americans so oblivious to their national identity that given sufficient time, this step would perform itself automatically.

5. Support anti-American lobbies
The examples are numerous, including fake environmental cause, religious fanaticism and international aid.
The latter is particularly stupid, and blatantly unconstitutional. But it shows once again the submission of the Americans to the foreign, aka anti-American, lobbies.

6. Tax local companies to buy foreign
Socialism, but even worst. Even the USSR knew better than to buy foreign products.
The fact that American citizens are stupid enough to buy foreign products is bad enough, but know we have governmental agencies, paid with OUR money, that support the anti-Americans and the foreign.
The best example of this is the decision of California to build their bridges in China. The money the Californian government is giving to the Chinese is not the money they produced, it’s the money of the American people they tax.
California represents anti-American socialism at its best, because not only does it buy bridges from China… but it does it with their citizens tax money !
California has some of the highest tax rates in the country, including income tax. And this is how they use it.
It’s neither socialism because most socialists know better than to buy foreign, and it’s not liberalism because liberals know better than to stupidly tax their citizens, especially to buy foreign. This is basically just anti-American stupidity.
I usually don’t agree with extreme liberal (libertarian) values, such as their 100% anti-government views, but in this case I wouldn’t mind it.

7. Encourage foreign tourism and expatriation
Despite the USA having the most touristic potential, foreign tourism is encouraged like in no other country. Moreover, expatriation is accepted and even encouraged.
Just look at a French or German touristic brochure, and an American brochure. The French and Germans promote local tourism, while Americans mostly don’t even mention it. For the Europeans, tourism is mostly visiting different parts of THEIR country, but for Americans and thanks to the globalist media it always involves going into another country.

8. Worship the foreign
More money was donated from Americans to Japan during Fukushima and to Haiti during the earthquake than to our own country during Katrina. The anti-American media has installed such a cult on the foreign that these redundant events of anti-Americanism are unfortunately very common.
This cult of the foreign goes in pair with ethnomasochism and is obviously incompatible with patriotism and nationalism.

9. Break every thermometer
Examples are numerous : credit rating agencies, trade deficit, stimulus, public debt…
Each and every time there is more evidence that the anti-American ethnomasochist demagogic hippie foreign-loving socialist left-wing extremist system isn’t working, the anti-American ethnomasochist demagogic hippie foreign-loving socialist left-wing extremist media will proceed to hide such information and create fake issues justifying these problems.
When they finally do acknowledge the problems, they will either intentionally muddy the water or simply blame the consequences instead of the causes.

10. Promote collective irresponsibility
It is no secret that our government chose to trade individual responsibility (liberalism) for collective irresponsibility (socialism), and that does limit itself to the economy.
A lot of Americans don’t want to work and don’t want buy American, but refuse to accept the consequences of this lifestyle. So they demand tax money, in the form of redistribution, and more stimulus.

3 flaws of SOPA/PIPA

It is a shame that an event such as the enactment of laws such as SOPA/PIPA turns out to be, once more, a clear demonstration of anti-Americanism and ethnomasochism, both from the sides of the instigators and the dissidents.

As with all laws recently adopted, the goals are not the sustainability of our economy and sovereignty, but simply a massive display of demagogy and propaganda.
The goal of American legislation is not to please the masses, much less the masses of the world, but to be efficient to our country.

And since no one seems to acknowledge this, no one will address the real issues of the SOPA/PIPA problems. Even Newt Gingrich, who I usually hold in decent esteem is simply hiding behind the fable of anti-American populism and demagogy, as seen in this video.

And since everyone is hiding behind demagogy, the will be no real debate concerning the problems that can cause SOPA/PIPA.
By the way, it’s always interesting to notice how laws like SOPA, PIPA and NDAA who exist and are effectively applied in many other countries only become controversial when instigated by an American. This proves that, similarly to the environmental socialists, the demagogy extremists are simply anti-Americans.

Here is my share on the 3 flaws of SOPA and PIPA.

Firstly, such laws are socialist and statist. They impose more legislation on American web hosting services, and by doing that they are contributing even more to the off-shoring process. They are making American web hosting companies less attractive, which is really undermining their efforts.

Secondly, they are protecting foreign products ! Yes, the American government is protecting the foreign companies that come here to sell their products to OUR consumers on OUR market, while using protectionism and economic nationalism to secure THEIR market.
At least, the french law HADOPI (similar to SOPA) only condemns the illegal download/diffusion of local products. But in the United States of Demagogy, no such national preference should be tolerated.
In a liberal and patriotic society, Americans should be free to choose to buy American products, and download for free foreign films for example.

Lastly, by laws such as SOPA and PIPA, the government is only delaying the inevitable : the end of an economic model. The government is not wrong because they are trying to protect our national Hollywood companies for example, they are wrong for relying on socialism and statism, instead of individual patriotic responsibility (liberalism).
Ten years ago, nobody would have thought of encouraging free music streaming online. Now, several sites as Youtube and Grooveshark, as well as the foreign copies that invade our market, propose the same. Those sites allow artists and majors to monetize their content in a new way.
Socialism is only delaying the inevitable and trying to preserve an already dead model, instead of focusing on new ways to monetize the content.

Buy American, the only real ecology

It’s funny to notice the always increasing hordes of so called ecologists, environment-preserving hippies, monopolizing every mass media tool at their disposal. As if we didn’t have enough trouble with the standard anti-American movements.

The most concerning part of all this, is that they get more politicized at each media intervention. Soon they will ask for seats at the congress or what not.
Now don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against ecologic responsibility, as I myself participate when I can in several ways.

But once again, what was supposed to be an individual responsibility at first has been altered into an anti-American propaganda by… the anti-Americans and ethnomasochists. The environmentalists are yet another manifestation of anti-Americanism.

Their concerns are not environmental safety, nor are they really supporting ecology as much as they are supporting anti-Americanism. Actually, most aren’t behind ecology at all.

Not only all they providing yet another politically correct entity for anti-Americanism, as if anti-Americanism wasn’t already widely accepted, but they’re also working against our economic stability and our sovereignty. The worst is that our government is actually funding these kinds of jokes.

Take any governmental or non-governmental environmental or ecologic organization. What do they advocate ?
Buy fuel-efficient cars, recycle, buy used products and much more.

These solutions might seem to be environmentally safe at first, and even help reduce our impact on the environment. They are obviously appealing to the masses due to their nature and the excessive propaganda on the subject.

Unfortunately, they are not helpful to the environment at all compared to real ecological solutions. But the real solutions are well hidden by the obscurantist anti-American medias.

The only real ecology is to buy American. And no environmental organization has ever advocated that as a solution, simply because they are not environmentalists, just anti-Americans.

For once, let’s assume the anti-American myth of American cars being less environmental friendly, less fuel-efficient or more polluting than an imported car.
As all anti-American propaganda, this myth is completely incorrect. Coherence was never the strong point of the anti-Americans.

Even if American products, cars for example, were less fuel-efficient or any-energy-efficient than imported ones, their use is not what is most harmful to our environment.

Cars use gasoline, and most types of gasoline are not pollutant. On the other hands, the cargo ships and freighters use different types of fuel, and much more than you will ever use with any car.

The real pollution is done by sea transports, from freighters notably. But that fact is once again eluded by the anti-American media, including the “environmentalist” media.

Want to help the environment and limit our impact on it ? Don’t import. But these facts will never be publicized by the official “environmentalists”, simply because they are not ecologists, just anti-American.

Stop the Stimulus !

US stimulusThe one good thing with the presidential candidate Ron Paul, because everything isn’t exclusively black or white, is his talk about ending the stimulus.
Unfortunately, he also wants to end the Fed, which proves he is at best an incompetent economically, or just an anti-American.

The stimulus, paired with both borrowing huge amounts of money from other nations and printing money, is the second greatest plague our country is facing, right behind ethnomasochism.

The principle of a stimulus is to inject money in the country, mostly to middle/lower classes (99%) in order to stimulate consumption. It can take many forms, but it mostly involves a governmental intervention, statism at its best, and consists of injecting money to the middle/lower classes.

The stimulus is what encourages ethnomasochism, or more precisely it hides the consequences of ethnomasochism, especially the economic ones. Needless to say that in our self-hating country, ethnomasochim and stimulus come hand in hand.
The stimulus paired with ethnomasochism is what causes foreign countries to occupy American territory, receive all the American dollars and destroy American culture, via foreign films notably.

Once again, it illustrates perfectly the tendency of our politicians and other governmental officials to break the thermometer thinking that it will make the heat go down. Disinformation at its best, classic.
Our politicians routinely confuse causes and consequences. Medically, they would fight the symptoms and not the disease as the medieval doctors who vigorously practiced bloodletting on any illness.

Without the stimulus, American people would have acknowledged a long time ago the dangers of ethnomasochism and economic unpatriotism. If the government wasn’t borrowing left and right in order to inject money in our crumbling economy, or relentlessly printing money to maintain standards of living for the American people.

As I said before, there are two kinds of consumption, earned and borrowed. Without the stimulus, American people would have to rely on earned consumption. That means produce more (A LOT MORE) and stop the import lunacy.

The good news is that no matter what, the stimulus is going to end.
The bad news is that the masses will once again blame the wrong causes.

To the 99% wussies that think life is hard NOW, just wait until the continual stimulus ends and the Chinese and Europeans take us over…

Ron Paul, the most hypocritical candidate

Ron Paul is certainly the most hypocritical candidate of all, and certainly not a liberal (much less libertarian).

I expressed favorable views towards this candidate in my article review of Ron Paul’s message, but that’s not why I support him.

Ron Paul is not a liberal because he is against the first and foremost liberal concept, individual responsibility. He is for individual irresponsibility, which is simply a prolongation of the collective irresponsibility doctrine imposed by the anti-American socialists during the last forty years.
Although it is a certain improvement, I believe we can do better than this.

Although he promotes some liberal concepts, Ron Paul is not a liberal as he is simply recycling the socialist doctrine in order for it to fit in our current economic situation. Exactly the same as Obama with his Obamacare.

He is only giving out another miracle pill to magically “fix everything”. Now that the socialists have run out of options to justify the downfall of our economy, the mindless masses turn to a libertarian solution. But it is exactly the same doctrine.

Now I’m not denying that Ron Paul has some liberal tendencies sometimes, the problem is that most people believe he is popular because of his liberalism.
I would say that he is popular in spite of his liberalism.

Let’s compare two liberal candidates : Ron Paul and Newt Gringrich (although he has a conservative view on some social issues).
One man is a real liberal, he is more ethnocentrist than his opponents and somewhat resembles a little more the liberals in Europe and Asia which are also nationalists. That man is Newt Gringrich.

Newt Gringrich has a decent liberal and patriotic program, and speaks in the interest of the USA.
He is obviously unpopular, because the anti-American media and public opinion wants nothing to do with patriotism and ethnocentrism, they want the magic “miracle” pill, that would allow them to conserve a decent life quality while continuing down the road of trade deficits.

The other man, Ron Paul, is simply trying to surf on the public opinion, which is of course favorable to ethnomasochism and anti-Americanism.
He basically just recycled the socialist-hippie-citizen-of-the-world speech into a freedom-hippie-citizen-of-the-world speech.

Instead of saying that our trade deficit was acceptable because the government can tax the rich and borrow money from other countries in order to maintain a decent life quality for the masses (socialist approach), he is saying our trade deficit is acceptable because (???).
Anyway, regardless of the reasons, this goes against the first and foremost liberal concept : individual responsibility.
Eluding the facts concerning ethnomasochim, anti-Americanism and such fallacies as foreign films for example is also not a liberal solution.

Sure some of his views are liberal, but those aren’t the views that made him popular in the media and public opinion. What made him popular was the ethnomasochism and anti-Americanism.

It’s almost like he copied Newt’s program, but took out what wouldn’t please the masses. The reality in other words.
It’s like trying a new diet but intentionally stripping out what is not appealing.

Like buying a new abs program, not following correct bodybuilding guidelines, and still hoping to get a six pack.

In other words, a magic pill society. Unfortunately, that is not reality. Newt Gringrich is closer to real liberalism than Ron Paul will ever be, simply because he is accepting the real problems, unlike Ron Paul who is constantly in denial of reality.

Foreign films : analysis of a typical (anti-)American concept

It is no mystery why foreign films know such a great success in the USA. What is not to love for a typical brainwashed American ? Bad/plagiarized scenarios, terrible acting, and even anti-American propaganda in some cases (I’m not implying that this type of propaganda doesn’t exist in American movies either).

Over the years, the anti-American and ethnomasochist media that govern us, and the use of the verb is intentional, we have witnessed an uncontrollable influx of anti-American propaganda.
The concepts of national pride, patriotism, ethnocentrism were gradually replaced by concepts such as worship of the foreign, anti-Americanism and ethnomasoscism.

Once again, we traded individual responsibility for collective irresponsibility.
When in other countries, the mere word “foreign” is severely demonized and badly connoted (“étranger” en Français, “fremd” auf Deutsch…), in the USA it is almost revered.

After replacing national pride by anti-Americanism in the masses, it is only logical that more adoration of the foreign must follow, and this until American culture is completely eradicated… and at the same time complain about “Americanization” of the society.

The sole concept Foreign films is inherently American, to a lesser extend in other English speaking cultures.
There is no word to describe foreign films in French for example. You could say “film étranger”, which is the grammatically correct way of saying it, but other than that it’s a nonword at best.
As a matter of fact, why would any country that takes pride in nationalism and the rejection of the foreign want to hear about such a concept ?

It is also funny how a lot of the foreign films promoted here in America, were in fact advertised as anti-American and nationalist, in their home countries.

If the United States of America want to be sovereign once more, it must reject such an attack on their culture (and economy).

Review of Ron Paul’s message

As much as I am supportive of most of Ron Paul’s economic projects, including the public debt reduction and the non interventionism of the State.
Now the grass isn’t all green in my opinion as a few points are making me doubt and express serious reserves about the benefits of having this candidate in the White House.

Lets take this video for example as it illustrates particularly well what I mean.

Why Ron Paul shouldn’t be president

“A man led by principles”

Unfortunately, this illustrates much to well the actual mindset of most politicians.
In our country that lacks ethnocentrism like no other, Ron Paul reinforced this non-partisanship by his messages based on “principles”, “what is right to do” and so on.

“voted against every tax”

It is clearly a form/substance debate here, but I am particularly opposed to the way he spreads the libertarian/liberal message.
It seems here that the only reason he is supporting liberalism is because it is against taxes and individual liberties. Yet another non-ethnocentric way of presenting it.
The correct way for a patriot to present the liberal ideas would be “It would be beneficial for the USA to […]”.

You see the difference ? By not being ethnocentric, like any politician should be (and is in other countries), he is reinforcing the ethno-masochism sentiment we currently live in.
Part of liberalism is individual responsibility (as opposed to collective irresponsibility promoted by socialism), eluding the facts of ethno-masochism is not part of making American people more responsible and more patriotic.
As such, I don’t even consider Ron Paul as a liberal. For me he is just a variation of the traditional socialists and anti-American that populate our political institutions.

A lot of his ideas are good, but not for the right reasons.

Why do you think that a lot of countries, for most enemies of the USA, are supporting Ron Paul ? If Ron Paul was really the “one” candidate that could revitalize our economy, why are the foreigners supporting him ?
1. They like USA and wish the best for us ? Hippie approach, highly improbable (except for Kosovo maybe). Most of the foreign media now promoting Ron Paul are the same that promote nationalism and anti-American in their own countries.
2. They want discounts in Calvin Klein fragrances ? Most of these countries have already showed that they are excellent in plagiarizing American products.
3. They want to serve their best interests and know what is beneficial for them ? Almost there.
4. They want America to continue so far down the ethno-masochist path that they wont be able to get back up ? Point.

The same medias that supported anti-Americans throughout the world, that even supported the OWS fallacy, are now promoting Ron Paul’s viewpoints in OUR country ?
And they want us to believe its in OUR interest ?

There is a common saying, “Whoever is feared the most by your enemies is a good ally”.
Just read or watch what the French/German/Belgians were saying when Reagan (a pro-American AND liberal) was elected. They were diabolism him by all means, portraying him as a fascist anti-European nationalist and totalitarian, while their own politics were a hundred times more nationalists and chauvinist than Reagan’s would ever be.

Now we have Italian and Indian dudes supporting Ron Paul. There is clearly a difference in the public opinion overseas. Did all these countries that hated us, supported anti-American organization and politicians, and spread lies in their media suddenly change their views on our country ? Or did they just see an opportunity to reinforce the ethno-mascochist in America ?
I’m not trying to sound as if I base my judgement purely on overseas public opinions, it’s obviously not the case but it serves as a perfect illustration of my point.

I do believe that the future of the USA will be, and must be, of liberalism. But clearly Ron Paul is not the best solution, despite the fact that I like most of his propositions.
On the other side of Ron Paul we have Gingrich, who is patriotic, but tends to be too much Keynesian/Statist for my taste.

The approach of a liberal candidate, or any candidate, should not be some sort of idealist quest to please the masses. As I said, if you want to promote freedom for the sake of freedom, or peace for the sake of peace, nothing stops you from joining Greenpeace or any other charity organization. But please don’t pretend your are trying to help America by doing so, the only things that can help America are NATIONALISM and PATRIOTISM.

The same remark goes to the religion fanatics (Santorum) and other Bachmann/Palin and all the others. If your concern is not the sovereignty and power of the USA, gtfo of politics and join some random organization, you will probably help your country more by doing so that by monopolizing the White House for 4 years.

In conclusion : Ron Paul, good ideas but not for the good reasons.

Myths of the Anti-American

Many Anti-American lobbyists, here in our very own nation, can (and do) easily manipulate the public opinion with the help of several myths and false affirmations.
Let’s review some of the most common myths spread by the Anti-American, and rate them with a “validity index” in percentage.

Validity index is a trademark of USA National and is used to rate the following affirmations based on their validity. Indefensible sophism will obviously hit the score of 0% validity.
At USA National, our goal is to fight Anti-American propaganda, ethno-masochism and antipatriotic disinformation.
I am not arguing that disinformation and propaganda is used by all governments and medias, all over the world, but I must say that I was very surprised when I found out that our government/media are actually not working for the nation, but against the nation. And that is very unique, trust me.

Here are the most commons myths. You can hear them on the news, on the radio and even in the mouths of some particularly prosperity-hating politicians, and they all concern Buying American and economic patriotism.

The Myths of the Anti-American

Myth #1

“Buying American is bad because other countries will start doing the same, and it will start economic wars and conflicts.”

Validity : 0%
Lets start with the first and one of the most common myths about economic patriotism, and buying American.
First of all, the argument “other countries will start doing the same” mostly applies to protectionism which is a Socialist/Statist value, not economic patriotism which is a liberal/libertarian value.

Secondly, it implies that other countries are not already doing the same, which is obviously a lie by the either uneducated or anti-American. Anyone gifted with a minimum of observation can clearly notice that modern economy, under the wing of globalism, is actually a race towards economic patriotism.
The term “economic war” or “economic warfare” is a commonality in the European or most Asian media, or in the mouths of their politicians.
By stating this argument, the anti-American lobbyist want to make you think they are scared of the USA instigating conflicts with other countries, without mentioning that the conflicts are already there.

The American government and their media have mastered the skill of minimizing real problems (while entertainingly parading false problems), and hiding pretty much everything related to them. Latest examples to date, the national debt, the deindustrialization, the loss of competitiveness, the trade deficit.
But once again, just breaking the thermometer doesn’t make the the heat go down, pretending everyone is pro-American and there is no economic war won’t make it reality.

If I were to talk all day about how the sky is actually green, I would probably convince a few people. If you granted me huge mainstream media access like the left-wing extremists and anti-Americans have, I could maybe even convince a majority of American voters (which is apparently all that concerns our politicians).
But at the end of the day, the sky is still blue.

Myth #2

“I don’t support nationalism, so I won’t buy American.”

Validity : 0%

Once again, mass disinformation at its best. Face it, nationalism exists everywhere and much more outside of the USA than inside unfortunately.
Its very funny because what is fascism in the USA becomes no more than minimal patriotism and basic citizenship in other countries.
There is an old political satyric comic strip I once read, that I can’t seem to find anywhere now that I’m looking for it, that is very on point with this fact.
The most surprising is that if I am not mistaken, which I totally could be, it seemed like an old comic strip, as such it is even more interesting because in advance on its time.

Basically, there are five soldiers of different nationalities aligned, all have some stereotypical attributes of each nation (I couldn’t really describe each cause I can’t remember much of it), and all had text captions underneath them.
From left to right :
– A Vietnamese soldier with a cone hat, waving the Vietnamese flag and the caption said “A Brave Patriot !”.
– A Russian soldier with his fur toque and pelt outfit, waving the Soviet flag and the caption said “A Brave Patriot !”.
– A French soldier with his beret and a piece of bread under the arm, waving the French flag and the caption said “A Brave Patriot !”.
– A Cuban soldier with a huge beard and an AK-47, waving the Cuban flag and the caption said “A Brave Patriot !”.
– An American soldier with a Harley-Davidson, waving the American flag and the caption said “A Stupid Redneck !”.

This example serves as an illustration to point out the inexactitude of this argument.
Whatever you do, you will support nationalism, so it might as well be American. The people who intentionally buy from foreign companies are not anti-nationalists, they are just anti-American.
Volkswagen was founded and popularized by the Nazis, Toyota/Honda/Nissan benefited of unfair trade conditions and was financed by national preference campaigns.
So it always makes me laugh when I hear people tell me they buy foreign because they support “free trade”.

On a side note, the USA is the least nationalist country in the world, so accusing American patriots of fascism (the golden world that can make a left-wing extremist win any argument on command) is pure uneducated nonsense.
In America, you can’t even say the n word without being labeled as racist.
And I believe that is a good thing as I don’t support racism or racial discrimination, but that’s very representative of the “hippie” mindset of most Americans when confronted to subjects concerning races/ethnics/nations.
When I tell that anecdote to foreign people I know (not English Speaking), they laugh.
I must also states that as an American patriot and nationalist, I stand strongly against racial discrimination/segregation in our country. Those acts are intentionally obfuscated and confused with nationalism, all that thanks to the obscurantism of the anti-Americans (including those who pretend to be nationalists, while they actually are even more anti-American than most of the population).

Myth #3

“National preference is useless, because each time we import a product we also export one.”

Validity: 0%
Then how do you explain the trade deficit ? The deindustrialization ? By the way, I’m not only talking about physical product exports/imports, but all sources leading income/outgo of money.
There is national preference in every country in the world. We can’t really define or calculate the amount of economic patriotism in one country, but there are some signs that are evident to those who chose to pay attention to them.
No doubt, the USA are one of the least nationalist or patriotic countries in the world, especially when it comes to economics. Breaks most stereotypes huh ?
There is also no doubt that economic patriotism has a huge positive impact on the economy of the countries that know how to use it, without the negative side effects of protectionism.
From those two facts, there is also no doubt that this argument is false and held mostly by the ignorant (and anti-Americans since they are everywhere).

Myth #4

“Buying American kills the competitiveness of our companies.”

Validity: 0%
Once again, intentional confusion with protectionism (a socialist theory). Buying American, aka national preference, is what creates competitiveness, or more precisely what helps creating it.
The reason why it is hard to understand is because this theory is far too simple for most of us to relate to. Especially in economy, we often expect (and use) complicated theories that most people don’t understand quite well either. But sometimes the simple solutions are the effective ones.
It’s kinda like when someone learns the rubix cube algorithm, they are expecting something insanely complicated at first when in fact the algorithm behind is of the most simple. The human mind by default doesn’t like simple solutions as they don’t flatter our egos as much as the complicated scientific and intellectually challenging ones.
But should we stop eating, drinking and sleeping because those tasks are too simple ? Sorry for the insomniacs 😛
Those three tasks are the simplest and most natural and at the same time the most beneficial for us, there is no twist.
PS : By simple I mean simple not easy. A simple task can be hard to execute, while a complicated task can be very easy to deliver.
The same is for the economics benefits of buying American, not only for the competitiveness of our companies, but also for the wealth of our country in general.
Most of the big foreign companies today, the same ones that operate in America and make a big income here, benefited of gigantic boosts due to economic patriotism.
Toyota and all the Japanese car manufacturers, as well as the South Korea ones, only became competitive and started to export when they advertised and publicly assumed their national preference.
“Ne laissez pas l’agroalimentaire aux Américains”, a famous nationalist and anti-American slogan that was launched by an association of French companies that I won’t quote. Most of them were already exporting to the USA when they launched that advert.

Myth #5

“I am not in unemployment, so I don’t see the use of buying American.”

Validity: 0%

A common myth once again, popularized by the anti-American, and destined to convince most Americans of the uselessness of economic patriotism if they were themselves in a more or less wealthy condition. This myth was illustrated by the image of typical unemployed “Rednecks” being the most patriotic class.
This image couldn’t be further from the truth as studies have shown that the more wealthy are often the more responsible in their purchases.

Once again, the mass disinformation and obscurantism of the anti-American has worked because the nationalists and patriots of America are now associated in the mind of most of our citizens with the bottom class, living off unemployment compensations.
Real studies on the other hand, have shown that this particular type of population is far from being patriotic, especially economically. Funny because they are, and will continue to be, the first to suffer when our economic situation gets even worse.
A quick reminder that proves that the anti-American don’t even care to be coherent anymore.

To dismantle this argument, you must first understand that American consumerism is way above what is allowed. Our spending, whether from the citizens or the government, is way to high (the worst is that they’ll buy foreign crap).
There are two types of spending, earned spending (through the exports and incomes of money), and borrowed spending.
Our borrowed spending is money our government loans from foreign country in order to stimulate consumption and purchases nationwide. The money they borrow, obviously they have to pay back to the lenders with high interest rates.

So why do they do that ?
Another “breaking the thermometer” tactic. You will see them often in the hands of politicians.
If Americans only relied on earned consumer spending from the start, they would have learned the virtues of economic patriotism (the hard way, I admit it) amongst others.
The government is borrowing trillions of dollars to mask the fact that we have a huge trade deficit, and the effects of this “strategy” are only to increase this deficit even more.

Myth #6

“Buying American is bad because it deprives foreign countries from the USD (dollar), and it will lose its influence overtime.”

Validity: 50%

… and I’ll stop here for today. You can leave a comment with your suggestions of other arguments used by the anti-Americans, I will review them in a second edition if there is enough material.
This is the only argument against buying American with some valid points in it, unfortunately not enough to pass the status of mere sophism at best.

True the theory of “beneficial imports” has been evoked (evoked, not proven !) by several liberal economists, especially in the case of countries mastering their own currency like the USA with the dollar.

The only problem with this, is that the country that sell to the USA are accumulating huge reserves of USD themselves.
So either they acquire American business, of which they can then dispose as they want to.
Either they keep the huge amounts of USD in their reserves, and the Fed has to print bills again which causes inflation and monetary instability.

In either case, it is bad for us. However, as this argument is a little more enlighten than the traditional “u proamerican u racist !”, it will maintain its validity score of 50%.
